On Wednesday, National HIV Testing
Day, the Desert AIDS Project will present the free “Pathways to Health and
Well-Being HIV Conference” at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Breakfast and
registration are at 8 a.m.; the meeting begins at 9 a.m. and continues until
3:30 p.m.
The Riverside County Department of
Public Health will conduct free HIV testing; those who test and receive their
results will get a $10 gift card while supplies last. To learn more and

DAP also will offer free testing at
its satellite office at 81-880 Dr. Carreon Blvd., Ste. B-107 in Indio from 11
a.m. to 5 p.m.; gift cards will be awarded here as well; telephone
