The AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power (ACT UP) and Occupy Wall Street will stage a demonstration and march Wednesday, April 25, in lower Manhattan, according to an ACT UP statement.

Starting at 11 A.M., protesters will step off at City Hall and end on Wall Street. The groups are joining forces to support a “Financial Speculation Tax” (Fi.S.T.) on Wall Street to fill HIV funding gaps and to provide universal health care in the United States.
