Indian River County Health Department Offering Free HIV/AIDS Testing


The Indian River County Health Department will promote National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day 2013 by hosting two events at the Gifford Youth Activity Center at 4875 43rd Avenue in Vero Beach, Fla., on February 9 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The department will offer free HIV testing and a complimentary $10 gift card to anyone who gets tested. Concurrently, the department will host the Indian River County Body & Soul Wellness Program’s 11th annual African-American Healthy Lifestyle Workshop at the activity center.
