White House to Summarize Community Ideas for National HIV/AIDS Strategy on Briefing Call on 4/09

The White House Office of National AIDS Policy (ONAP) invites community members to join a conference call on FRIDAY, April 9 at 2:00 p.m. ET to learn about a new report summarizing the community input it received regarding the National HIV/AIDS Strategy.

The Community Discussion Report, which will be publicly released on April 9, will inform the National HIV/AIDS Strategy now in development.

According to ONAP: "We received responses from nearly every state and U.S. territory, from people affected by or living with HIV, from men, women, and transgender individuals, from young and old, and from respondents of various racial/ethnic backgrounds, and sexual orientation."

ONAP Director Jeff Crowley and Senior Policy Director Greg Millett will provide an overview of the Community Discussion Report on the briefing call. Community members are encouraged to call in.
